Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with customer support, preferably related to cloud-based software
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the cannabis industry at cultivation, manufacturing or distribution operation is a plus
  • Must be detail oriented
